Order Changes & Cancellation
  • Can I modify my order after placement? Yes — if you contact us within 2 days of placing the order, we can cancel the existing order and create a new one with your requested changes at no extra cost.

  • Can I cancel my order? Absolutely. Simply reach out within 2 days of ordering via Customer Service (01151107788), WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or email. If you’ve paid a deposit, it will be fully refunded to your original payment method. Cancellations after 2 days may incur a deduction from the deposit to cover materials and production already started.

Product Inspection & Quality
  • Upon delivery, we invite you to inspect the product thoroughly before the delivery team leaves. Signing for receipt confirms the item is in perfect condition.

  • If you’re unable to inspect immediately, you have 2 days from delivery to check the product and report any issues.

  • We recommend filming the unboxing process from the very first moment — this helps us resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.

Note: Minor variations in accessories (type, color or shape) may occur due to availability in the local market, but quality and functionality are always guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

We build each WoodX piece on-demand to your exact specifications, making every item uniquely yours. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival — full refund or replacement, including all shipping costs.

  • Does not match agreed specifications — full refund or free correction.

  • Change of mind (within 14 days of delivery) — accepted only if the product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories complete. The customer covers return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Conditions for return
  • Product must be in brand-new, unused condition.

  • Report any damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery with at least 3 clear photos (or video).

  • Custom-made furniture can only be returned in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return Process
  • Contact us immediately via phone, WhatsApp, chat, or email with your order details and photos/video of the issue.

  • For major defects that prevent normal use, we’ll arrange free collection and either repair, replace, or fully refund.

  • For minor issues, we’ll repair or replace the affected part at no cost to you.

  • We’ll inspect the returned item and notify you within 7 working days.

  • Approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 working days using your original payment method.

  • Additional fees: 3% administrative charge for Visa refunds; 5% for Valu (non-defect returns/cancellations).

Installation

We provide professional installation for all products except self-assembly items (e.g., shelves, TV units, bathroom storage, decorative shelves, and tables).

Our policy fully complies with Egyptian Consumer Protection regulations.
