We want you to love your WoodX furniture from the moment it arrives. If, for any reason, it doesn’t feel right in your space, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (subject to the item being unused and in original condition). Simply contact our Customer Care team to arrange a hassle-free return.
Damage on Arrival
In the rare event that your piece arrives less than perfect, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, send clear photographs (and short videos if needed) showing the product from multiple angles and distances, including the packaging if possible. We’ll assess the situation immediately and arrange repair, replacement parts, or a full replacement at no cost to you.
3-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty
Every WoodX piece comes with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. If you notice any issue related to manufacturing quality during this period, let our team know right away. Should we determine the item is defective, we will promptly provide replacement parts, professional repair, or a complete replacement — whichever restores perfection fastest.
